Flared skirt blue stack of florals

This is the sister skirt to our short blue stack of florals A-line skirt. Designed by Shirley Kaci, a mixed media design from Shirley’s photography, paint tools used in photoshop and applied filters and layers. Each flower was then individually applied to the electric blue background of the skirt and took many attempts to achieve this look. A nice length for those who prefer a more regal look. Electric blue always catches the eye. The contrast of the white and gold gives the skirt pattern a 3D look. We have matching bucket hats to marry with it as coordinates never appear to go out of fashion. Be bold to be daring and most important be you!
