Use a damp cloth for any deep set dust, but do not put in the washing machine. The 10-year guarantee covers print quality, fabric and stitching finish (excludes wear and tear).

Due to this process, you may notice an odour coming from the prayer mat; this is normal and will air out in a few days. We hand stitch an anti-slip latex sponge base to the material, creating 6mm cushioning on all customised prayer mats for added comfort whilst you pray. If you want that traditional look, you can choose to add a natural hand-stitched cotton fringe to either one or both of the shorter edges.
As a tip, we ask you to consider the size and shape of the customised prayer mats you've chosen. For example, the long runner is narrow and lengthy, making it more suited to portrait orientated images. To give your mat such a flawless finish, all the edges are finely hemmed, so keep any important details or text away from the very edges so they don't get lost in the hem.
