How we make your dinner plates

We print your design directly onto a blank bone china plate using specialist techniques for crisp detail and rich colour. Each piece is made to order and usually completed within two days. Order anything from a single plate to a run of eight for events or promotions—there’s no minimum spend. Because the process is done by hand, please keep important elements away from the outer rim as a tolerance of ±2-3% can occur.

NB: Our china plate is food-safe and ideal for display. To keep the printed surface pristine, avoid cutting food directly on the plate.

Helpful Hint

A few things you can do to ensure your personalised dinner plates look perfect:

1. When designing your plate, please make sure your image fills the whole space (including the red bleed area). This ensures your design covers the entire plate and doesn’t leave unprinted white edges.
2. Because of how we print, there might be a +/- 2-3% difference in the plate’s positioning from what you see in our preview, so avoid putting important details close to the plate’s rim.
3. Avoid putting circular patterns in your design close to the edge of the plate, as we cannot guarantee they will line up perfectly with the outer rim of the plate.
