Care instructions
Always test an offcut or sample prior to working the leather with tools, adhesives or heat. To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. As leather is a natural material you may notice small differences in surface and texture, as well as wrinkles, which is common to products made from natural leather. All leathers age naturally according to the usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base colour may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep your product looking its best. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print. Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery as the colour may transfer. Whilst a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain. Should your product get wet, allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint free cotton cloth.
Your photo evening bag begins with your design. Using our 3D model viewer, you can upload images, photos and text to create the perfect virtual evening bag. Once you're happy, our industry-leading printers will print onto Nappa leather, before our team of skilled leatherworkers cut, shape and stitch your personalised evening bag to life by hand, using the leather option, thread and metal colour of your choice. The detachable leather strap, the sides and the base of your bag will always be made from smooth black Nappa leather to provide a timeless backdrop to your design. The strap as well as the black areas of the main bag are included in our premium service: expertly hand-painted edges.
You can upload photos, images and text to make a truly unique gift. When designing your custom evening bag, you have the option of a single image or split images for the exterior panel.
Please be aware that choosing one-piece will bend the image over the front and back. For this reason, we advise against using images of people with a single design, as your image might not appear the right way around. Using our state-of-the-art 3D preview you will be able to get an exact idea of how your own evening bag will look when it's ready. If you choose to have the outside of your personalised evening bag printed in two separate pieces, please note the split is not equal, with the front panel being larger than the back.
