Use duster and or vacuum gently with appropriate fitting.
The base is made from our anti-slip latex sponge with a jute rug binder to give it extra strength. The rug pile is made from either our Velvet Shimmer or Marbled Velvet fabric which slides over skin effortlessly with no resistance. The surface has a lustrous sheen, reflecting the light nicely. Quite simply, it feels and looks divine.

For your Information: Our Velvet Shimmer fabric has been tested for colour fastness and abrasion testing. It passes both standard tests with flying colours. (BS EN ISO 12497:1998 Abrasion testing Scores 4. BS EN ISO 105-X12:2002 Colour Fastness Test Scores 4-5)
All personalised rugs are handmade to order. They have been carefully cut and hand-stitched to ensure the finish is of the highest standards. The natural cotton fringe, which can be added to one or both of the shorter edges, is hand sewn. Our specialist printing process goes deep into the velvet shimmer or marbled velvet fibres so your design will remain vibrant over time. Please note: An odour emits from the base/back of the rug as a result of the printing process. This is normal and the odour will air out in a few days.
Care: As with most rugs or carpets, a regular vacuum is ideal. Do not put in the washing machine. If necessary, gently wipe with a damp cloth and keep your rug in prime condition for years to come. Do not use near fireplaces or burning coals/wood.
You can upload your own photos and beautiful patterns to match your home décor. You can also create a photo collage - simply select several images and choose your ready-made montage style. We always suggest keeping the edges of your design free of any important details as this might get lost in the hem.
